CHANGES IN THE APARTHOTEL REGULATIONS

Before you check in you must become acquainted with the new ministry of health regulations:

Before check-in you should disinfect your hands as described on a notice board and put on disposable gloves.
It is required that you complete a preliminary qualification questionnaire and have your temperature taken.
You have to wear a mask at all times during the check-in procedure. You can obtain a mask in Reception.
Only one person is allowed at the reception desk with a safe distance of min. 2 metres between people.
You must not step beyond warning signs on the floor.
You must wear a mask at all times in public places such as corridors, lifts and all other public areas.
Before you use the lift disinfect your hands. There can be no more than 2 persons in the lift.
When you collect your meal you must avoid any contact with the person who has brought it.
Any contact with maintenance and cleaning staff is forbidden.
Check-in hours may be changed.
Only registered guests (with completed check-in) can use the hotel.
The maximal number of guests in the hotel is calculated on the basis of the number available rooms multiplied by two persons.
You must inform the Reception any time you need room service by pressing the call button in your apartment. Room service cost is 35 PLN per single service.
The preferred payment method is by credit card.
Any symptoms of COVID-19 must be immediately reported to Reception and the receptionist’s instructions must be followed.
The hotel will do their best to prepare and run the hotel according to the ministerial guidelines and shall not be held liable for any COVID-19 infection during or after your stay.
